qmicli: NAS set technology preference

Hi,

I still have some problems selecting/forcing  only2g,only3g,only4g and  
autoselect on different gsm/umts/lte-devices.

Because the selection within the windows-application does work a question to 
the list:

I could do some USB-sniffings, but I am not able to analyze them. 

Should I do that and post the logs (or links of the logs) to the list?
