I have had problems with ndisdup too.
Now I tried Kernel 3.10 with qmi_wwan preference.
And it works as expected.

But I have one question to the output of mmcli.
How do you get the information about IP?
at+cgdcont doesn't show IPv6, nor IPv4v6.
For a year 2009 fimware/device I think looking for IPv6 is nonsense, isn’t it?
