Unfortunately it is impossible to prove that any device is without this
bug.  We don't know what makes it show up, but we do know that it
affects Qualcomm MDM9200 devices from several vendors and that the
affected devices will work just fine 99.9% of the time.

Could affect several vendors as well, but I believe most of the reports
were from Huawei devices.  I haven't tested any device with this bug
myself.

I have seen the bug occasionally on a Sierra Wireless MC7710. But it's
rare and the exact trigger is unknown.  But I guess Sierra/Netgear must
have observed it on Sierra devices as well :-)
