I worked for huawei e1732 dongle which i am able to connect using QMI CAT
service for sending at^ndisdup on network interface in Ubuntu system and
also able to acquire IP address. Same research I have done from windows.

If it is handling raw IP how can we achieve in Ubuntu?

USB analyzers in windows.
I will run wireshark and check.
Using qmi cat service I quired at^dhcp? What ever output, is similar to IP
address, net mask and default gateway addresses of windows ipconfig output
for network interface is coming.
Thanks
