Backport qmi wwan driver to linux 2.6.32 on ARM

It is.  But the only remotely sane reason to use a kernel that old is
that it is supported by some hardware vendor.  Use that support.

In what way is this supposed to be related to the qmi_wwan driver?  Did
you even look at the code you are trying to build?
