Auto re-connection after disconnection with service providers?

I was able to bring up connection by manually executing qmi-network script
or on boot-up by running systemd script service. I don't see any issues at
this end and works great.

With my Verizon connection, there are  some cases connection is getting
disconnecting.

Is there a way to monitor connection status and auto re-connection on modem
disconnection with service provider?
