The same idea would apply to ModemManager here; the connection manager
that uses MM (e.g. NM) would listen for the disconnection signal and
when that happens, would tear down any additional connection related
setup it had (e.g. pppd for TTY modems or DHCP client for WWANs
configured via dynamic IP addressing).
