dlink dwm221-B1 failed regression test - time out

There is a chance. I did it. But I can't analyze it, so I don't know, if the 
right data are captured. I sayed to wireshark capture all new devices.

Then I made the following steps:
started capture
plugged  in the stick.
wait a little bit
started and stoped the D-Link-App
started the Connection via the built in control panel of Windows
checked connectivity settings - all things ok, including all DNS-resolvers
made a ping -4 / -6 to ct.de
stoped the connection
stoped the capture.
