MC7455: Linux Routing - Manually Configure Networking

FWIW, the excellent qmi-firmware-update tool upgraded the firmware on the MC7455 from the original 02.08.02.00_Generic to the latest 02.24.05.06 Verizon image.  Very simple and elegant!

When I reestablished the LTE connection (now using the Verizon image), I saw that IMS was registered automatically without any additional changes to the commands mentioned earlier.  Pretty cool.
