EM7565 / carrier aggregation info

Hi,

Here are some CA printouts from LM940, MC7455 and EM7565. As can be seen in
the MC7455 GSTATUS printout, that without activity the CA will not be
active, it seems to "activate" once the data start moving. Which is
probably a resource saving thing.

With the EM7565 I don't even know which CA combinations it support, I guess
it must be plenty, but I have no info.
