kernel panic happen when use MC7430 and HW12D modem at same time

My kernel version is kernel 3.8,  use qmi_wwan driver. I have merged related driver logic. HW12D use cdc_ether driver. this cause issue happen.


If I only use GobiNet driver instead of qmi_wwan,  this issue go away.


But I still want to use libqmi, so who can help me on this issue?
