MC7455 9008 Device

Hi,

I was helping a colleague through facebook with his MC7455 and evidently it
is now bricked.  His goal was to get the device working on a cradlepoint
router.  After changing a few settings and not getting any results, he
placed the MC7455 back on to a windows machine.  Windows now detects the it
as a HS-USB QDLoader 9008 device.

He can't connect to it to issue AT commands or flash it with a firmware
file to get it back to defaults.

Does anyone have any clue on how to get out of this mode?
