As suggested previously, you should have the Verizon firmware as well, as it include the .PRI file which have the carrier specific settings.

The MC7354 is approved for Verizon, and have Verizon specific firmware.

You can use the “AT!GOBIIMPREF?” to see the active FW/PRI versions.
