If you're going to use qmi-network and additional qmicli commands at
the same time, I'd suggest you to use PROXY=yes in the qmi-network
profile, and then always use the additional "-p" option in the qmicli
commands you run. This will avoid having multiple processes access the
QMI port at the same time, by making all go through the qmi-proxy
process.
