Hi Daniele,

thanks for providing the --nas-get-lte-cphy-ca-info output for the LM940.
When a CA-capable mobile is returning "FAILURE: InformationUnavailable"
while registered to a LTE network this usually indicates that the network
has not allocated CA resources to the mobile. Potential reasons include:

1. Mobile is outside of the area where the network operator provides CA.
2. Network operator does not allocate CA resources e.g. because the booked
   highspeed volume is already used up.
3. CA configuration used by the network operator not supported by the
   mobile (quite unlikely for the ME940).

As a consequence the interesting TLVs are unfortunately missing from the
response above.
