There is no libqmi version out there tagged as 1.20.0, so this will
never make ModemManager build correctly :)

What I usually do in cases like this, where ModemManager needs to
build against a dev-version of libqmi, is to bump the libqmi version,
e.g. 1.19.1 (not a real release) and then make ModemManager
build-depend on that new 1.19.1 version.

For now you can assume this will happen, e.g. update the patch and set
the build-dep version as 1.19.1, and I'll make sure the libqmi version
is bumped before merging the ModemManager patch.
