Hi,
I try to update the firmware of modem Sierra Wireless MC7355.
I use the command when logged as root:
# qmi-firmware-update \
--update \
-d $USB_ID \
$FIRMWARE_IMG \
-L /tmp/qfu.log
An error appears:
loading device information before the update...
error: couldn't open QMI device: Failure
I attach additional information.
What is the reason?
What troubleshooting steps should I take.
Note: I am not a developer and I do not understand source code in C/C++.
Thank you in advance,
Pavlin Georgiev
