[PATCH] qmi-firmware-update: support USB3->USB2 mode changes during upgrade

Somewhat intuitively there was no peer port found in verbose mode:

qmi-firmware-update --update --verbose -w /dev/cdc-wdm6
/jffs2/flash/SWI9X30C_02.24.05.06.cwe /jffs2/flash/SWI9X30C_02.24.
