Looks like I forgot to merge Dan's v2 patch after saying it looked
good...  and then the acquisition order preference patches for the rat
changed the SSP handling logic :/

I have now updated Dan's patch and rebased it on top of master, René,
could you test the updated patch? I've pushed it to the following
merge request:
