Attach QMI services at run-time

Hi

Is there any plan to make libqmi extensible? From what I can see, it creates QmiClients only for QMI services that it knows about at compile time. If the device supports a custom QMI service, there is no way to attach it at run-time and handle the QMI packets externally. 

This feature would be analogous to how libmbim allows one to attach custom MBIM device services at run-time and externally handle the MBIM packets.
