Command for audio playback in voice call

Dear list,
     I am new to the libqmi and I want to know if is it possible to play 
a recorded file during a voice call.
The command that I want to send is the equivalent to the AT:

  * AT+QPSND or
  * AT+QPRESBG or
  * AT+QPCMD

Any help will be appreciated.
