Looks like the QmiDmsRadioInterface and QmiNasRadioInterface (why do we
have two of these anyway?) must be extended with an entry for RAT #10.

Is the proper RAT name 'NR', 'New Radio', '5G NR' or what?

Lots of additional capability TLVs we don't decode here.  But that's the
case with LTE modems too, so nothing to worry about in 5G context.
