start network error

Hi Folks,
Getting below error and I am able to communicate in first time in a day
with my jio postpaid sim (APN: jionet), but not able to communicate after
the power cycle or reboot
attaching some of the output of my qmi setup scripts,

starting qmisetup start shell

Once connected it will run smoothly till power off once power off occurs it
breaks communicating through wwan till next day,
can we control this behavior through any reset or restore procedure or any
additional information required.
