GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR

"NR" seems to be commonly used in the modem HW docs, when it is related to
5G.

In 3GPP the 5G and NR is widely used, as in example the network state
command +C5GGREG.

But the +COPS connected to 5G network states;

11 NR connected to a 5GCN
12 NG-RAN
13 E-UTRA-NR dual connectivity

The lines are not as clear as they were in previous technologies between
RAT and generation.
