ANN: libqrtr-glib 0.900.0 (1.0-rc1) released

Hey all,

libqrtr-glib is a GLib-based library to manage and access the QRTR (Qualcomm IPC Router) bus, see https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/net/qrtr/Kconfig.

I have prepared an initial release candidate version for the new libqrtr-glib library that is going to be an optional dependency in libqmi 1.28. At this point I'm not sure if it's worth to ask for a whole new fd.o project setup for this library; as long as we can keep the git repository under the "mobile-broadband" group in gitlab all should be good.

I have renamed the project and the git repository to "libqrtr-glib", so that there is no confusion with Bjorn Andersson's GLib-less C library (https://github.com/andersson/qrtr) that is really the real reference.

The new gitlab project URL is https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/libqrtr-glib.

This 1.0-rc1 is intended for distribution PACKAGERS. If you're interested in bringing this new library to your distribution, please try to package it and let us know any issue you find during the process. The project build will provide:
 * The library and headers
 * The gtk-doc based reference
 * pkg-config setup (qrtr-glib.pc)
 * gobject-introspection support (Qrtr-1.0)
