ANN: libqmi 1.24.16 released

Hey,

This is the eigth bugfix release in the 1.24.x series, built from the qmi-1-24 branch.

Overview of changes in libqmi 1.24.16

 * libqmi-glib:
   ** Fix invalid access to already freed endpoint object.
   ** Fix internal QmiClientCtl leak in the QmiDevice when using the QMUX
      endpoint.
