ANN: libqrtr-glib 1.0.0 released

Hey all,

This is the first major release of the library, which will be the base for the new 1.0.x stable series (the new "qrtr-1-0" branch in git).

The next libqmi 1.28.0 release will optionally build-depend on this version of libqrtr-glib.

libqrtr-glib is a GLib-based library to manage and access the QRTR (Qualcomm IPC Router) bus, see https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/net/qrtr/Kconfig.

The build requires glib/gobject/gio version 2.48, and optionally gobject-introspection 0.9.6. The packaging requirements should be extremely similar to the ones for libqmi; just no need for gudev.

The project build will provide:
  * The library and headers
  * The gtk-doc based reference
  * pkg-config setup (qrtr-glib.pc)
  * gobject-introspection support (Qrtr-1.0)

There is no libqrtr-glib specific mailing list, so all discussions can be kept in the libqmi-devel mailing list.

Thanks to Eric, Madhav and Andrew, which are really the main developers of this library and which are the ones testing it most. I've done mostly API cleanups and boring autotools/gtk-doc/introspection stuff.
