Just one last thing to add, I am not sure if it is relevant or not, but thought I’ll post it:

In case of ENDC we could still see possibly NR RRC SIBs if SRB3 is used by the network. So if one would try to distinguish NSA and SA based on the type of RRC/data types it might not be easy.
