ANN: libqmi 1.30.2 released

Hey,

This is the first bugfix release in the 1.30.x series, built from the qmi-1-30 branch.

The next MM 1.18 release will depend on this version, as it'll have support for the full call list loading operation using QMI.

Overview of changes in libqmi 1.30.2
----------------------------------------

  * Build:
    ** meson: fix disabling introspection support.

  * New request/response/indications:
    ** voice: implement "Get All Call Status" request/response.
