ANN: libqmi 1.30.6 released

This is the third bugfix release in the 1.30.x series, built from the qmi-1-30 branch.

Overview of changes in libqmi 1.30.6

  * build:
    ** meson: fix 'export_packages' in GIR setup.

  * libqmi-glib:
    ** net-port-manager: use unaligned netlink attribute length.
