qmi_wwan default RX URB size change to avoid babbling issue?

Hey Bjørn & Daniele,

What was the final decision regarding the update to the default RX URB
size in the qmi_wwan driver? Wasn't it agreed to switch to the maximum
size ever seen with aggregation enabled? 32768?

I've looked and the latest commits in linux git master and haven't
found anything related; have I missed it?
