ANN: libqmi 1.32.2 released

Hey hey,

This is the first bugfix release in the 1.32.x series, built from the qmi-1-32 branch.

Overview of changes in libqmi 1.32.2

  * libqmi-glib: fixed message header validation to avoid reading out of bounds.

  * qmi-proxy: added --verbose-full flag to allow printing logs with personal info included.
