Firmware switch no longer supported?

Hi,

I notice that with new Telit modems that there is now only one firmware
image installed, with an AT command (AT#FWSWITCH) to change MNO config and
reboot, so changing operator doesn't work with LIBQMI, is that correct or
is there an option I am not seeing?
