Tellit FN990A40 call failed [internal] interface-in-use-config-match

Hi,

Using this modem variant with different MNO's in EU and US, in each place
when the modems go out of service, the network stops correctly, but often
the modems will never connect again, instead it will give this error each
time: *call failed [internal] interface-in-use-config-match.*

Anybody know what this means? The modems will connect without issue if they
are rebooted.
