Last call for ModemManager, libqmi, and libmbim issues before release

Hi,

Gearing up for releases across the stack, now is the time to file any
blocker bugs you've found in the x.95 test versions.

I've been reviewing/merging MRs the past week that should not
significantly change behavior, fix crashes/asserts, or prevent critical
operations. Other, larger things like suspend/resume behavior, SMS TA
storage, XMMRPC, etc can probably land soon after the release, and some
of those may be backport candidates to 1.24 too.

As always, thanks for your help making the FDO WWAN stack better and
more useful!
