personally, i'm for having -- almost -- every non public email going
through the org mailing list.

we could put a prefix like

[2018]
[website]
[communication]
[schedule]
[design]
[budget]
[...]

to mails that are topic specific, so *not* everybody *must* read every
mail, but everybody *can* see what is happening and who is busy with
what.

(probably, every mail should have such a topic, otherwise it's a
candidate for the lgm mailing list!)

it would also suggest that everybody who is on the -org list should
also be on the libregraphicsmeeting list, so that we can avoid cross
posting mail between the two lists.
