[LGM-org] online program

The schedule has been ready for a good while now - but a detailed one still
isn't (linked) online.  Even if someone is working on an improved CSS, we
should have had the detailed program available for a while already.

There has been links casually mentioned in the IRC channel, like
http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2016/schedule-grid-alt/ or
http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2016/schedule-grid/ what/where is the hold-up
preventing one of them from being linked from menus/a news item on the front
page? Could ale or someone with access to altering the webpage link one of
these from the website menu now?
