[LGM-org] Check list for hosts + many valuable infos

Hi all,

I think it would benefit to the proposing team if we add this link to the
proposal page.
http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/lgm/public-documentation/

Or we can put links directly into the list shown on the Call for location
page.
http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2016/call-for-2018-location/

One or the other. Finding the archive is only a few clicks away but I think
it would be better if it just popped up!
