sadly, not much in an easy way.

we have moved all the site to a static version and there is no easy way 
(or no way at all, depending on the site) to have the full list of the 
registrations.

but most of the old sites have a public page called "who is coming", 
"participants" or similar, that lists the ones that were at the lgm and 
accepted to have their name listed on the site.
that's probably a good approximation.
