Hi all,

This is fantastic!

Some basic questions still need to be answered in a more complete way, I
think. I have put the word *checked* where we do have answers in the bids
*.*

   - Libre Graphics community in hosting city
   - Venue and on-site infrastructure
      - Are there any costs related to the venue, eg. rent fee for rooms,
      equipment?
      - Is there any possibility that this venue be an option for 2019 as
      well?
      - Some technical infos are missing such as availability of network,
      wi-fi, access to the people who open the network for us, including the
      needed ports, etc. What are the facilities
      - Experience of the local team at organising such an international
   event
      - A short bio of the local organisers
   - Free software acceptance or support in the host country
   - Communication skills of the local team
   - Travel and accommodation *checked* (but could be enhanced)
- Visa policies *checked*
   - Ethical and political issues
   - Security issues *checked*
   - Health issues *checked*
   - Budget and sponsoring
   - Proposed dates and agenda issues with other events *checked *(but
   could be enhanced)

Your proposal should cover these areas and explain why and how you think
your city or institution should host the next Libre Graphics Meeting.
