Hi all,

thanks for reading out submission from Milan,
Before answering the questions, i need to understand some of them,
my comments below:

Base Milano is providing the venue for free but I need to check
regarding the use of chairs, tables and other facilities you may need.
Do you have a more specific list of needs for the venue and furni?
(technical things excluded)
The application had a link to the PDF with specs of the venue.

yes

the venue has wifi but I need to understand what kind of accessibility
you need.

I can provide it

What do you mean?

What type of communication? Do you mean for dissemination?

What do you mean?

We don't have yet confirmation for sponsoring. We don't have budget
available but we could find some private sponsors.

The city of Milan has been promoting sharing and collaboration. This
event could highlight an area of open source which is not so well known.

thanks for feedback
