[LGM-org] Organization for LGM 2018

Hi Ale,

I have been following the LGM for more than 10 years, never had direct
collaboration, whenever I could make donations [1];

I have experience in collaborating in the Debian Conference [2], I
have volunteered in more than 4 editions and I'm part of the team that
helps part of the visual identity [3].

I'm available to help in whatever it takes.
