Right now, I don't know if this will be a good thing. It may come to 
nothing, but there were seemingly some agreements that the project 
needed something other than mailing list complaints or RFEs to move 
various ideas forward, ideas that have merit and in particular help the 
GUI, rather than just add features.

We haven't really had a way for added features to get some informative 
help when they are first created. Simply adding footnotes, adding a new 
table creator ends up really being a collection of decisions by the 
developer writing the changes, and maybe this could be improved with 
input from users.

This was not something I personally was putting forward; I was just an 
attendee at the meeting which took place.
