yep we should have an email address @libregraphicsmeeting.org for the 
organizers...

but i would avoid setting up an email address for each year.
so i would prefer something like organizer|info at libregraphicsmeeting.org.

if there is an agreement on it, i/we can ask peter if he can setup the 
mailing system (or just a forward if it is simpler) or we can find a way 
to use another server for the mail services of the lgm.

any further thoughts?
