I believe not. I could make a form if we’d like to use this. Other than
than, this forum is also fine. I have no preference. Just let me know if a
form would be useful and I can make one over the week-end. Apart from a
Subject, Core text, Sender and email address would there be other fields
needed?

We currently don’t have a Contact page. In what page should this form be?
"Helping out"?

I’d say we need a contact page! Maybe just rename the Helping out page to
the more conservative (but maybe a bit more clear?) "Contact us". Also,
with a form we don’t need to be logged in.
