[LGM] banners

Hi,

Is there a set of standard-sized banners to promote the Pledgie
campaign? I'm talking about 468x60, 728x90, 160x600, 300x25, 336x280.

I've just re-enabled the Pledgie banner at inkscape.org from the
standard embed code, and I can place a 468x60 banner on LGW. I
imagine, other websites would ask for other sizes (see above).
