[LGM] Leipzig Universty's PR unaware of LGM?

Hi,

Since we needed to find out where LGM's Swiss sponsor Publisher Magazine
would be able to send the 250 magazines they offered for free for LGM
attendees, Christoph Schäfer ended up contacting the PR staff at Leipzig U.
This was done last week by email. Here is the email I got this morning from
Christoph Schäfer:

I had an email exchange with the PR department of the University of
> Leipzig, and the head of the department told me that she was completely
> unaware of something like Libre Graphics Meeting or sponsorship by the
> University.


I have no doubt someone at the Uni is personnaly taking charge of LGM with
Sirko and Mario but this information has apparently not yet reached the PR
dept. of the Uni.

I think it's important that these people are aware we are coming. We would
also make sure we are listed in the Uni's calendar of events. That would
help on the visa side as well.
