[LGM] address for sending merchandising

hi

people from wikimedia -- who are going to participate at the lgm--
are asking if we can provide an address at the university (or at least
in leipzig) where wikimedia germany can send some merchandising.

there has already been a discussion about this topic, but i don't
recall a final statement having been made nor an address having been
mentioned.
