[LGM] Update on reimbursement process for 2014

Hi all,

In an effort to make the reimbursement process much faster from now on,
here is how it will work this year. The page is already up at

http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2014/reimbursement/

and the form will be up until the last day of LGM, April 5, 2014.

Everyone entitled to and in need of a reimbursement can fill the form and
upload the relevant documents from now on. Don’t fill the form too early if
you think you’re going to need financial support for more than your plane
ticket (from the airport to downtown for instance) because you will have
the opportunity to file yourself in once in the process.

The reimbursement process will not start before LGM ends because we cannot
be sure of the percentage we’ll be able to reimburse and this is
established by the total amount needed divided by the total budget we have.

On our part, the commitment is to fulfill all the reimbursements before the
end of April, so basically within 3 weeks after LGM 2014 is over.
