[LGM] Update on reimbursement process for 2014

Your aim for a quicker reimbursement this time around is understandable
and commendable - but closing document submission on the last day of LGM
is a bit too ambitious, in my opinion.

People may have to find a way to scan paper tickets or receipts. Some
may not even have booked their return trip yet, some may decide to
return later and stay around in Leipzig for a bit longer.

Please consider to provide access to a scanner device, where attendees
may scan any paper receipts and tickets they may carry around.

But please consider to allow for one full week after LGM for documents
submission.
